Research Limitations

Before I decided my dissertation research topic is to investigate the visitors' satisfaction of attending Shenyang Qing Culture International Tourism Festival, and intended to use qualitative type research method which is interview to work with my research. But after I have done some researches with literatures I foud this topic is quite difficult, and also, I have tried to contact with the key person in the event organization, but it seems impossible to is obtain the anwer from them.Because the event organization is a government department and they do not accept this kind of individual interview, so I think I might have to change my dissertation topic.
