Shenyang Qing Culture International Tourism Festival, in September 1998 Shenyang has started launches the Shenyang Custom Tourism Festival and the main theme focus on Qing Culture, officially named Shenyang International Tourism Festival in 2002 (Economic News, 2008).
Shenyang is the birthplace of the Qing Dynasty, the famous history heritages such as “a palace and two hills” and “the Qing Dynasty Street” renowned in China and outside China. The Qing Dynasty is last feudal dynasty in Chinese history and it is the dynasty which was owned most territory, it laid the territory of today’s China (Economic News, 2008).
The Shenyang Qing Culture International Tourism Festival started September every year and last 10 days, the activities of festival focused on Qing Culture such as the Royal ceremonial parade, the Emperor visits, the Manchu (one of Chinese races) court dance, the Shaman( one of Chinese Religions) Mid-Autumn Festival dance and the Temple Culture conventions. There were a very strong cultural atmosphere, and attracted tens of thousands of Chinese and Foreign tourists. Shenyang Qing Culture International Tourism Festival is an international event which is concentrated of trade, tourism, culture and academic exchanges as one (Liaoning-Yinkou government, 2006).
